Purchases are shipped by ground from our warehouse in North Carolina to arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. (During Christmas & festive periods, orders may take between 14 – 21 days)
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday therefore a business delivery address is preferred.
PO Box addresses are NOT accepted.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
The Artworks are made on order, so returns are for damaged goods only, change of mind will not be accepted.
To return any damaged item, please send us an email here within 72 hours of delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a return address. If you’re returning more than one item, it’s highly possible that you’ll receive different return addresses for each item, since we’re working with different designers worldwide.

Return shipping cost will be covered by us if the product you received is damaged. In this case, please contact us here first to get a return approval and a pre-paid shipping label.
If the product is not damaged and you just decide you don't like it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you can also return the package at your own cost in advance and then get a full refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
