Return shipping cost will be covered by us if the product you received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us here first to get a return approval and a pre-paid shipping label. 

If the product is not defective or damaged and you just decide you don't like it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lighting and Furniture are covered by 1 year warranty for manufacturing defective. 

Paper Made and Home Decor items are covered by 30 days return policy.
