We provide FREE Shipping for most of the products in our store. Different products are shipped from different warehouses, depending on where it ships from and where you live, the delivery time may vary. And for the same reason, your order may be shipped in separate packages via different carriers, typically UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a return address. If you’re returning more than one item, it’s highly possible that you’ll receive different return addresses for each item, since we’re working with different designers worldwide.

Return shipping cost will be covered by us if the product you received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us here first to get a return approval and a pre-paid shipping label.
If the product is not defective or damaged and you just decide you don't like it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
